Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service availability.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and items received.
